We honor the spiraling, ever-changing rhythm of our lives. The way the cycles and seasons of the natural world guide us. We are listening. Attune our senses even more.
With an open hand, we invite the mystery, our own discoveries, and curiosity. We are learning to embody the ebb and flow, to soften and solidify. Show us our capacity to be in the darkness and the light.
Guide us to navigate like the Owls, to see with both eyes and let more light in. Hold us as we bring our awareness to our inner landscape, as we listen and perceive intuitively. Allow us to witness all the possibilities in our senses -- the waves that move through our body, the visions and words, and the aromas from the natural world landing for our attunement.
May we sense them with open receptivity through being. The way earth receives water, and the way water flows deeply into earth. Remind us we don't have to judge, fix, or change anything, and to simply observe what is, in this present moment.
Help us to honor the past seasons and cycles, versions of ourselves that have composted and created the fertile soil we are growing in now. Disarm us so we can meet our narratives of shame and self-criticism with understanding and compassion.
When we feel numb, remind us that we don't have to know the answers or solve anything. We honor our intentions to search for solutions and to create new realities. May we also receive how we feel in each moment with our full presence -- not with the aim to feel better, but to be better at feeling.
We offer gratitude for the herbs like mint that offer expansion in our lungs and the release of heat through our circulation.
We offer gratitude for allies like yarrow, that cool and warm, that meet us with harmony in our contradictory and seemingly opposing conditions.
We offer gratitude for lavender and rose — aromas that settle us and nourish our nervous system, to remind us that its safe to be here. We're grateful for the ones that invite us closer with a friendly introduction and yet move us fiercely.
Thank you for bringing us together under the fullness of the Moon, and for the light we reflect to one another. Magnify what we need to see. Shine this light through us even if it shadows the places we've always known, and the familiar is composted between dissolution and rebirth. May what we unearth be nourishment to all beings everywhere.
We are learning how to bloom with our unique medicine. May our presence without judgment be a space of healing for others. We are in the spiral that is eternally and unconditionally holding us, and all of it. And we are grateful. Thank you.
