opening your senses to essential oils

an introduction to aromatherapy & exploring your relationship with plants

In this video, I’m offering a brief introduction to essential oils, safe uses, and some of the most abundant qualities of lavender, lemon, and peppermint essential oils.

I graduated with a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology, and offered fitness training and wellness coaching for almost a decade before becoming a student of the plants.  I began working with aromatherapy in 2012 and have since studied traditional herbalism.

When I opened Forest & Flowers Retreat in 2021, I began cultivating a forest farm with flowers, herbs, and edible perennials. We also offer event spaces, eco-conscious accommodations, education, and experiences for other students of nature and stewards of the Earth. More details below. Thank you for your curiosity and seeking.
