I was kayaking and felt the water was pulling me forward without me paddling.

Noticing how…

I didn’t feel in control and how I wanted to control the pace.

Noticing the ways I’m being invited to let myself float and flow. This was the metaphor moment.

I hear these words and write in my journal…
