Written in my journal after sitting with Motherwort tea in meditation…
I felt a strong presence of all the elements. Earth grounding my body at the beginning. The Sun warming where I sat. Visual of a waterfall starting at the top of my head and cascading down my body. At one point I also felt moved to place my finger on my third eye, and rub in a circular motion.
Twice when I asked if there was anything I needed to know, a strong wind came through and sounded the wind chimes on the porch.
Listen closely to the music playing all around.
Throat chakra, blue, music, sound, expression, voice, air element, breath.
Send new messages to your nervous system with your breath. Hold yourself with your breath. Watch it all flow through and onward in your breath. Let your body receive your breath. I will hold you as it all flows through. It’s going to come to you, through you.
