The natyrë journal is for seekers, observers, and plant people, learning and listening with a deep bow to nature as a teacher.
This is where I can share field notes from the land at Forest & Flowers Retreat, photographic collections of the seasons and gardens as we grow into a flower farm and botanical sanctuary, herbal and essential oil apothecary notes, and personal journal entries, musings, and meditations arising from my constant unearthing of the sacred in the ordinary.
The natyrë journal is supported by the reciprocity of readers like you -- the same way cycles continue in nature and ecosystems work in harmony.
You can subscribe to the natyre journal for free. You can also contribute $5 a month or $50 a year, and in exchange you’ll receive all entries, bonus personal journal notes and audios, and access to the archives since Spring 2022.
Expect each new entry in your email inbox. I hope each one you open feels like an expansive breath and sacred space.
Thank you for subscribing to support and sustain what you receive here. Whether you have a free or paid subscription I’m so grateful for your reciprocity.
May scrolling these pages feel like coming to the garden and leaving with a bouquet of peonies, ripe blueberries, and a bundle of sage to make your own medicine.
May it be nourishment to your senses, like taking a walk in the forest together.
May it guide you to sink your heart and hands into exploring and honoring nature as a guide for healing.
May it be a spark for your evolving, curious, and co-creative journey with the Earth and within yourself. Thank you for being here.
