A few words and a poem here — inspired by time with the trees, soaking in water, kneeling with the ferns, and ordinary moments of harvesting blueberries. May these gifts and wisdom bits reveal new blooms inside all of us.
Next steps, new awareness, and clarity often come outside the moment you are seeking it. It may arrive when all your ideas are collecting like blueberries in a basket while you’re picking. In a swift moment there’s one that you feel in your body, and you know this is the way.
You may want to move faster, but fruit and flowers are many seasons in the making. In the process, cycles of beauty are shared, harvests are a reminder of generosity, and the wisdom felt by being in the process instead of rushing through it, is the gift.
In the garden, you don’t till the soil and instead leave it to alchemize with the web of life that exists in what you don’t see. You chop and drop the wise weeds to offer their medicine back to the earth. You don’t dig and disrupt the natural cycle. In the same way, consider the possibilities of a regenerative emotional landscape, where you allow it all to be there. You cultivate with awareness, feel it as your hands move through the soil, and meet each new discovery with curiosity. Integrate. Regenerate.
